Welcome to an exciting and unique fundraising program. TRIP provides you with an opportunity to reduce your tuition and support the school through the money you already spend at hundreds of vendors. All you do is purchase a gift card (SCRIP) through CCA for grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants and other vendors you already use. Simply fill out a TRIP form to order gift cards at face value. CCA then purchases them through a larger organization called Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discounted price. The profit from that discount is then shared with famlies through tuition assistance.
Anyone in the community can participate in this program and there is no cost other than the value of the gift card! And remember, these are places that you probably already shop at, so plan ahead for your next visit to the grocery store, Home Depot, or your favorite restaurant!
TRIP Benefits:
1. Reduce your tuition bill
For tuition paying families, you may elect to have 50% of the TRIP profit from your order credited directly to your tuition account. The balance goes towards supporting CCA's tuition assistance program.
2. Help a CCA family
Extended families and friends can designate a CCA family as the recipient of their TRIP profit.
3. Fund CCA's tuition assistance program
50% of all TRIP profit is directed towards CCA’s needs-based tuition assistance program, which helps families who may not otherwise be able to afford tuition. You may elect to have 100% of your profits directed towards this program.
