Chapel and daily Bible study allow for the total integration of Christian
values in the lives of our students. These are not separate activities, but extensions of lessons learned throughout their
school experience. The first Chapel of each month is an all-school event and includes nominations for the Christ
Is Our Cornerstone program. Students who have been found behaving in ways 'pleasing in the eyes of God' are recognized
for their positive role-modeling with a certificate to acknowledge their good deeds.
All of our faculty are trained and educated in their fields of expertise.
All full-time teachers have received either ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) or Massachusetts State Teacher Certification. An integral component of on-going professional development is attendance
at the ACSI Annual Convention and encouragement to pursue further education in the form of educational assistance provided
by the Academy. Our faculty and staff are comprised of men and women who provide daily examples of Christian living
and values.
The Academy believes in the importance of smaller class sizes.
Our goal is to have classroom sizes of twelve to fourteen students. Classes of this size are vibrant and energetic,
yet intimate enough so that each student's individualism is easily understood. We are also able to provide optimal learning
opportunities and high levels of student achievement.
The Stanford Achievement Tests are administered each year to our students in grades one and above.
In the four years of our testing experience, each class has done very well, both nationally and in comparison to other Christian
school students.
