All students beginning in Grades 4-8 learn proper keyboarding techniques, how to navigate and use the computer, MS Office suite of software as well as tips & tricks on how to get the most out of the computer as an educational tool. The computer class is geared toward an integrated model which communicates closely with both classroom and elective teachers that want to further enhance their programs, while teaching the fundamentals of computer use to all students. We encourage teachers, parents and students to openly communicate the needs and areas to learn about within this ever-changing and useful tool. Throughout all of the work, safe use of the internet and proper etiquette is enforced.  Additionally, students are introduced to the MLA document formats.
